Shopping with someone who has the piece in her hands.
Some of what we carry exists only once, and most of it we only have in one or two sizes. So “order both and send one back” is not always an option here. We do it the other way round instead: we look at it with you first.
A real video call
Thirty minutes, face to face, at a time you pick. Not a form, not a questionnaire, not an algorithm guessing at your taste.
Pieces held up live
We pull things off the rack while you watch — fabric, drape, how the color actually reads. Including things that never made it onto the site yet.
A look you can keep
Afterwards we email you everything we pulled, with links. Held for 48 hours, so nobody buys it out from under you while you think.
Four steps, start to finish.
Pick a slot
Hit book, and you will see every open slot in the calendar. Choose one, pay to confirm, and your video link arrives by email straight away.
Two quick questions
We ask what the occasion is and what size you usually wear, so the rack is already pulled before you join.
We style, live
Thirty minutes of holding things up, talking through fit, and building the outfit around what you already own.
Your look, by email
Everything we pulled, linked and held for 48 hours. Buy all of it, one thing, or none — entirely up to you.
$35 for thirty minutes, one to one, on video — credited back against anything you buy that week.
Four things worth having ready.
None of them are essential. All of them make the thirty minutes go further.
- The occasion and the date. A wedding in August and a work dinner on Friday are two completely different racks.
- Your usual size — and the size you actually like to wear. They are often not the same, and the second one is the useful one.
- One or two things from your own closet. A pair of shoes, a jacket you love. We would rather build around what you own than sell you a whole outfit you do not need.
- Decent light, if you can manage it. Sitting by a window helps us see color against your skin properly.
Asked before every first session.
No. Plenty of sessions end with someone deciding the timing is not right, and that is a perfectly good outcome. You will still leave with a look emailed to you and a clear idea of what suits you.
Then we have learned a lot about what you actually want, and we will keep an eye out. New pieces come in every week, usually in small numbers — so being on our radar is genuinely worth something.
Yes — bring a friend, a sister, a bridesmaid. Two people in thirty minutes is tight, so tell us when you book and we will make it a longer slot.
We can, but you would be missing the point — most of the value is in seeing the fabric move and the color read on screen. If video is difficult, message us and we will find a way that works.
For an occasion, two to three weeks before gives us room to find something and gives you room to have it altered. For everyday pieces, whenever suits you.
Move it free of charge up to 24 hours before, as many times as you need. Life happens — just let us know so the slot can go to someone else.
