Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Look Lounge! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Order Processing:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Need your order sooner?
Expedited Shipping is available with prior notice. Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Overnight Shipping is available with prior notice. Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Please Note: Orders requesting Expedited or Overnight Shipping must be placed by 2:00 PM EST on a business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier's website.

Signature Confirmation:

For the security of our customers, all orders over $250 require a signature upon delivery.

Lost or Delivered Packages:
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

The Look Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. 

Shipping Address Accuracy:
Please verify that your billing and shipping addresses are correct before completing your purchase.
For your protection, we cannot change shipping addresses after an order has been placed.

We are not responsible for orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. We will contact the customer upon receipt of the package to get correct address information however; Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

International Shipping:

The Look Lounge proudly ships to many countries worldwide. 
International delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your destination. Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days, although customs processing may result in additional transit time.

Once your package arrives in your destination country, it may be transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by your country's customs agency.
These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Look Lounge cannot estimate or pay these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

If an international package is refused or returned because customs fees or duties were not paid, the customer will be responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any additional carrier charges. In some cases, returned international packages may not be recoverable and may be considered a total loss.
